It’s a classy affair. TOME 19: SPLENDOR has opened, offering a glimpse into The Artist and Zarina Kassir’s past, where family ties cut deep—for better or for worse. This brand-new Rift features glamorous Outfits for several Killers and Survivors, with the Premium Track including an instantly unlockable Outfit for The Trapper on Tier 1 and a terrifying Ultra Rare Outfit for The Doctor at the end of the Rift.
We’ve also got new balance updates and features to share, an update to our in-game store, and information about the next Modifier coming your way.
New Memories

Every good party has a theme, and this Rift is brimming with classy Outfits from the Gold and Silk Collection. Kick things off with a bang and instantly unlock The Trapper's Cash- Trapped Outfit, available on the Premium Rift Track.
The Artist, The Trickster, The Skull Merchant, Zarina Kassir, Nea Karlsson, Mikaela Reid, Jake Park and Yui Kimura are also dressed to impress with ornate, elegant, and luxurious Outfits of their own, unlockable throughout the Rifts as part of the Gold and Silk Collection.
Brave souls who make it to the end of the Premium Rift are adequately rewarded, as they’ll receive an Ultra Rare Outfit for The Doctor showcasing his endless pursuit of new ways to inflict pain.

A Scary Cute Addition to the Yamaoka Estate
To celebrate last year's DbD Day, we gave players a chance to vote on which animal they wanted to see added to the Yamaoka Estate Maps, and we're happy to announce the winner!
The community has spoken, and the mischievous Tanuki will be added as a permanent presence in all Yamaoka Estate Maps. Keep an eye out for your new furry little friend. Or is it a foe? Something’s a little off about it...
Store Update
We’ve given the Dead by Daylight store a visual overhaul that will make it easier to find what you’re looking for—whether it’s a specific Outfit or a deal on a character you’ve always wanted . Here’s some of the new updates to the store:

Chaos Shuffle
The recent Lights Out Modifier was our first foray in changing up the Dead by Daylight formula. Hot on the heels of Lights Out, we’re excited to announce our next Modifier, which offers a completely different challenge than the first.
In the first edition of Chaos Shuffle Modifier , you’ll be jumping into Trials with a randomly selected Loadout from all of Dead by Daylight’s available Perks. Instead of relying on the tactics you’ve grown accustomed to, you’ll be pushed to reevaluate your play style and strategize with the Perks you’re dealt at the beginning of the match. We hope you like surprises—things can get tense as everyone gets used to their new loadouts.
We’ll share more about the Random Perks Modifier closer to its release in early May, so stay tuned for an upcoming blog post detailing everything you need to know.
