When another nearby Survivor Pallet stuns or blinds the Killer while you’re injured, your Grunts of Pain, Scratch Marks, and Pools of Blood will be completely reduced for a duration.

Rick Grimes was a sheriff’s deputy who woke from a coma to a strange new world. Due to his ability to adapt without entirely sacrificing his morality, he became the leader of a group of survivors. In time he fell in love with Michonne, and together they joined the community of Alexandria.
