When Aurora Stardotter was sentenced to death alongside her fellow Searchers, not even the stars could have foretold what would soon come to pass. The Judgment arrived in a blaze of fiery retribution, unleashing its divine fury upon the land. Seizing the opportunity to escape into the chaos, Aurora used her gift of star-reading to help her people find sanctuary within the wastes. As the Judgment returned time and time again to cleanse the world further, Aurora met with it to plead the plight of her people, only to find herself cast into the depths of Exile instead. There she faced endless torment until a group of Survivors liberated her into a world of endless Fog.
