The Dead by Daylight Creator Program is an agreement between Behaviour Interactive and Content Creators. We expect everyone in the Dead by Daylight Creator Program to treat others with respect.

A summary of our Dead by Daylight Creator Program Policy is outlined below. If you are in violation of these policies, it could result in suspension or removal from the program.

Content Disclosures

As a member of the Dead by Daylight Creator Program, you must follow all content disclosure guidelines, including advertising and/or endorsement guidelines that must be publicly displayed per FTC or other applicable law and guidelines.

Non-Disclosure Agreement

As a member of the Dead by Daylight Creator Program, you must respect your contractual obligations as outlined in your agreement with Behaviour Interactive, including all non-disclosure agreements.

Code of Conduct & Game Rules

As a member of the Dead by Daylight Creator Program, you have accepted the terms outlined in the agreement and to abide by the Game Rules and Code of Conduct. All members of the program are expected to follow certain rules, including:

• Do not promote, engage or actively participate in any bullying, harassment, abusive or offensive conduct, including hate speech, transphobia, ableism, sexism, coercion, or any other actions that are deemed harmful towards other players and the community.
• Take part or promote in any action or offence that violates the law.

Any violation of the Game Rules or Code of Conduct when acting as an official member of the Dead by Daylight Creator Program on any site or platform could result in disciplinary action taking place as outlined below.

Disciplinary Action & Penalties

If at any time a member of the Dead by Daylight Creator Program is in breach of the Game Rules or Code of Conduct, it may result in one or more of the following actions taking place depending on the severity of the situation:

• Formal warning and meeting with Behaviour Interactive to discuss the situation.
• Removal from the Dead by Daylight Creator Program for a probationary period or permanently.

Behaviour Interactive reserves the right to modify these expectations or terminate the agreement with a member of the program at our discretion. All members of the Dead by Daylight Creator Program will be notified of any changes ahead of them taking place.
